HI Scott,

I’d appreciate the handout and slides for the Laryngoscope as Murder Weapon lecture. Superb talk on this topic. BTW, I didn’t find any other areas on the website that required the user name/pw. Am I missing something?

One suggestion – I love the audios but it would be awesome if when the audience asks a question, if you or the speaker could repeat the question for the benefit of those of us who are podcast listeners.

Great talk on the podcast. Downloaded it again after the auto-delete. The video doesn’t have any visual element, and the icons for the handout pdf and the ppt slides do not have an active link. Is it possible to obtain these materials. I’d greatly appreciate it.
