Dear Scott.
Excellent lectures I must say.
Just a confussion about adjusting vent setting in a patient who got intubated because of severe metabolic acidosis. how to set rate and tidal volume to bring down pco2 back to 20
I heared ur lecture intubating patient with metabolic acidosis and u did explained how to set vents but I could not get it…sorry
